Do you still sell Mello’s Candy?
Not currently, but we plan to start again in fall 2026!
Are ALL your products handmade?
Although all products are not handmade, we offer a Made to Order section for those wanting a custom option.
How should I launder Naiivi clothing items?
Hand wash in cold water. Hang to dry. Treat stains immediately and pre-soak.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship to you directly from our studio in Tri-Cities, WA.
Standard free shipping on orders $35 and over. Flat rate shipping, subject to change, for orders under $35. Customer responsible for return / exchange shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
By special request only. Shipping is buyer’s responsibility. Email naiivi.info@gmail.com to get started!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges can be made at Buyer’s cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
